_Rules & Guidelines:

_Failure to follow the Resort rules can result in suspension from the park and having your membership revoked. Management reserves the right to restrict access to the common area for any member who fails to follow the rules or is a nuisance or threat to others.

  • We ask that all members provide us with an emergency phone number in case of an accident.
  • We ask that all guests register at the office and become a member as this is a members only park.
  • No one under 21 years of age is allowed in the Resort. Thank you for understanding.
  • Public sex is strictly prohibited.
  • Nudity in designated areas only. (pool complex)
  • No check-ins before 10:00am. Checkout time is 12:00 noon for cabins and 2:00pm for campers. We have many activities for you to enjoy after checkout also.
  • All cabins are non-smoking. All smokers please put your “butts” in an ashtray.
  • Please keep your speed down to 5 MPH in all vehicles. No vehicles on the trails, this includes golf carts. Pedestrians have the right of way at all times. Lights must be used while driving at night. No cutting through sites, stay on the roads. If you have a guest, please pass on these rules to them.
  • All vehicles must be licensed.
  • All pets must be preapproved by management. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Management reserves the right to require that pets be muzzled or otherwise restrained for the safety and comfort of other members. If any pet has a history of aggressive behavior, the member must inform management upon entry of the Resort.
  • Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am. Except during special events. Please respect your neighbors.
  • THE USE, POSSESSION OR SALES OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IS PROHIBITED. ANY VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND THEIR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE REVOKED.

  • PUBLIC INTOXICATION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Anyone causing a disturbance will be removed from the Resort and is subject to having their membership revoked.
  • Controlled campfires are permitted at your site. NO fires are to be left unattended. Wood is available at Lucy’s store.
  • Florida law prohibits the dumping of waste on the ground.
  • The use of Formaldehyde in holding tanks is prohibited.
  • Please keep your site neat and clean. Failure to correct any problem within (7) days after a written notice can result in eviction. Repeated violations may also result in eviction.
  • All garbage must be placed in the dumpster near Lucy’s store or in a trash can around Sawmill.
  • Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property for any reason.
  • Personal music at the pool is only permitted with headphones.
  • Washers, dryers and clotheslines are prohibited.
  • Dishwashing in the bathrooms and laundry room is prohibited.
  • Sheds are not allowed. Any addition to any property will need to be pre-approved by park management.
  • Please let the office know of any equipment that is not working properly. (Washers, video games, and so on.)
  • No photography or video of any members or guests without their approval, or the approval of management. Any commercial photography must have written approval by the park and letters of release from the individuals in the photography.
  • Individual sales of a unit on a long term site does not include the remaining balance of any lease without the written approval of the park.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbors when setting up your satellite dish. It must be set up on your lot.
  • Sawmill provides its own security. Do not contact the law. The staff will be glad to help you get the help you need.
  • No fireworks or weapons are permitted on the property.
  • Hunting is prohibited.
  • Please do not feed the wildlife. Some can be aggressive and dangerous.
_Rules can be amended by Management as needed and will take effect after seven (7) days of notice. Notice will be suffice when posted in the common areas. Authority: Sawmill operates under the provisions of Chapter 513, Florida Statutes Mobile home and Recreational vehicles parks. A copy is available for review at the store.
