YEARLY MEMBERSHIP:
Sawmill is a private membership club, and you must be a member to visit or stay at Sawmill. A $20.00 membership which is valid for 12 months is required.

ANNUAL PASS PROGRAM:
Anyone who frequently visits Sawmill can enjoy unlimited visits for $200.00 a year. (Membership and overnight stays are not included).

DAILY PASS:
You are encouraged to visit Sawmill even if you do not plan on staying the night, weekend or week.

• Monday through Thursday a pass is $ 4.00 per day.
• Friday through Sunday a pass is $10.00 per day.
• Friday through Sunday HOLIDAY pass is $15.00 per day.

 

STANDARD CABIN (No Facility)
Sunday through Thursday: $29.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Friday & Saturday: $90.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Holiday & Special Event Weekends: $110.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Extra person charge: $10.00 per person per night.

DELUXE CABINS (Private Bath)
Sunday through Thursday: $39.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Friday & Saturday: $110.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Holiday & Special Event Weekends: $130.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Extra person charge: $10.00 per person per night.

PREMIUM CABINS (Private Bath, TV, DVD)
Sunday through Thursday: $49.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Friday & Saturday: $130.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Holiday & Special Event Weekends: $150.00 based on 2ppl per night.
Extra person charge: $10.00 per person per night.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
A One night deposit is required when booking the following accommodations: RV, Electric tent or primitive tent site. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All cabin rentals require full payment at
time of reservation.

MINIMUM STAYS:
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for Standard Weekends (Friday & Saturday Night) Minimum stay of 3 nights is required for Holiday Weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and the three days must be advised at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Reservations for Sunday through Thursday stays are non-refundable 3 days prior to arrival. Standard Weekends are non-refundable 10 days prior to arrival. Holiday Weekend stays are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

HOLIDAYS DEFINED:
New Year’s Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween Weekend. (Special Event Weekends).

PET FEE
Pets are permitted in limited cabins with a $20.00 Deposit.
