April 5 - 9, 2012 Join us for an incredible weekend with LOGO TV to celebrate SAWMIL - America’s FIRST Gay Community and our anniversary celebration. The weekend highlights include: Thursday Kick Off dance party starring Gay Days & Parliament House DJ Brianna; $1000 CASH Jackpot Bingo; A-LIST New York indoor/outdoor dance party with the cast from A-LIST New York; The USA’s first LIVE version of 1 GIRL 5 GAYS; Mike Ruiz Model Search Dance Party with winning model receiving $1000 CASH and a feature cover on What’s Happening Magazine; VH-1’s Glenn Douglas Packard’s BOOTS N BOYS, the first All-gay male revue in the USA; pool parties and so much more on our 120 acre campus!

RATES FOR ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND PART 1 & 2:
This unique weekend has special rates and policies for all passes & accommodations. Please contact LUCY’S at 352-583-0664 for reservations. Because of the unique nature of our Anniversary Celebration, the weekend requires FULL PAYMENT at time of booking and reservations are NON REFUNDABLE with a 100% cancellation penalty. A two night (Friday & Saturday night stay is required.) We look forward to welcoming you to the biggest event in Sawmill’s history.
DAILY PASS:
You are encouraged to visit Sawmill DAILY for all of the special anniversary events and celebrations planned. Day passes are $20 for Friday, $20 for Saturday, and $10 for Thursday, Sunday, Monday. Yearly Passes are honored for anniversary weekend. Additionally, all Sawmill residents are welcome for anniversary events on a complimentary basis for names assigned to your rental or permanent lease.
ACCOMMODATIONS INSIDE SAWMILL GATES:
We are happy to provide the following accommodation choices for this special anniversary event that are located in walking proximity to all events.
HOTEL ROOMS NEAR SAWMILL:
We are happy to offer hotel rooms at select hotels near Sawmill. Our special hotel rooms include FREE FREQUENT SHUTTLE between the hotel and Sawmill to ensure a safe and fun experience. Shuttle is ONLY provided when hotel rooms are confirmed through Sawmill. Two night minimum is NOT required for our hotel stay. Passes should be purchased separately. Hotel Rooms (with FREE Shuttle): $70 based on up to two person per night.
VIP WEEKEND PASS INCLUDING FREE BUS TRANSPORTATION:
CALL 352-424-3916 TO BOOK THE ENTIRE VIP WEEKEND for just $199 per person Double Occupancy; $349 per person Single Occupancy; each additional guest just $99. This WEEKEND PASS includes round trip bus transportation from 23 locations; 2 nights hotel accommodations at select hotels near Sawmill including all taxes; frequent FREE shuttle service between the hotel & Sawmill; 3 day unlimited pass admission for all events (Friday to Sunday). - Deluxe Cabins (private bath): $130 based on two person per night; $20 extra per person per night
